4. MEMBERSHIP & ACCOUNT USE

4.1 Customers may create an account on the Website to purchase or sell items.

4.2 Customers must be eighteen (18) years or older to transact independently.

5. BUYING FROM EMILIA NADINE

6. RETURNS POLICY

• The item is free from finance or theft

• They have full legal ownership
