Refund policy

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY – EMILIA NADINE

At Emilia Nadine, we specialise in curated pre-owned luxury items. Due to the nature of resale goods, all items are carefully inspected and described before sale.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

  • The item is not as described

  • The item is significantly different from the listing

  • The item is found to be inauthentic

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fit, style, or personal preference

  • Minor signs of wear clearly shown or described


2. Return Window

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.


3. Condition of Returns

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused after delivery

  • With all original packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Refund Process

Once the item is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued within 3–5 working days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. item not as described), we will cover return shipping

  • Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked and insured service


6. Authentication

All items are authenticated to the best of our ability.
If any item is proven not authentic, a full refund will be issued


7. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale — these are non-returnable unless not as described.
